What is involved:

Everything in regular cleaning, plus:

  • Tile grout scrubbing, deep bathroom cleaning (limescale, soap-scum)
  • Window interior washing, perhaps blinds/curtains included
  • Cleaning walls, skirting boards, doors/frames, removing cobwebs, etc
  • Possibly appliance interior (oven, fridge) if included

Moving in and moving out Cleaning

Move-in and move-out cleaning

What is involved:

A very thorough clean to prepare a property for new occupants or to hand back to a landlord. Includes:

  • Cleaning all surfaces, floors, walls, skirtings, door-frames
  • Kitchen: inside/outside of cabinets, appliances, fridge/freezer, stove/hob, cupboards
  • Bathrooms: deep clean of shower/bath, tiles, toilets, sinks, mirrors
  • Windows (interior at least) & sometimes exterior accessible windows
  • Carpet/vacuuming, mopping, possibly steam cleaning carpets
  • Removing rubbish, sweeping out, maybe clearing storage areas
